These caps are Child Resistant and have a tear away ring that is Tamper Evident. * When used with our 1oz Glass Bottles this cap is Certified CPSC to Section 16 CFR parts 1700.15 and 1700.20 (Access to certificates below) **The child resistant dropper comes in three parts, the rubber nipple, the plastic child resistant twist cap and the glass dropper. THIS REQUIRES ASSEMBLY** Our Dropper with tamper evident ring does not work well with the matte black and matte white bottles due to the thickness of the paint coating.
